It was only a month ago there was a badly drawn penis in this space. And also a note to inform me that someone was a nonce.
Don't ask me why, but the council just slaps a fresh coat of white paint on every couple of months to provide a perfect fresh canvas for those that wish to sharpie their postcode on the wall.
