1. We HAD beautiful cleanish oil before the conventional reserves dwindled and fracking took over. Whether the extraction process is clean or dirty, we are rapidly depleting the last of the planet’s ability to satiate the ever increasing demand for oil. While solar is only a bit player in the post oil world, it is better than no bit players.
