  13. The russians are always trying to psyop about how many countries are supporting them by distributing such videos. In reality the amount of support except for North Korea is extremely small. A recent study from frontintelligence found 3081 records of foreign mercenaries (interestingly almost 300 of those came from Egypt) from all over the globe. The true number is likely higher but not in totally different dimensions. Since russia is usually “tricking” them into frontline positions, these are also the first ones to surrender without firing a shot.

    All things considered I think it is not enough to significantly change the trajectory of the war, although the trend indications are something to keep an eye on.

  22. If Russia can call on North Korea and Nepal for paid soldiers, the same rules should apply to Ukraine instead of them relying on volunteers. Europe and allies need to be playing by the same rules as Russia

  29. Gurkhas are fine warriors and those who excelled were inducted into the finest Gurkha regiments of the British armies, the second best went to the Indian army Gurkha regiments.

    The ones joining the Russian army are doing it out of survival because they failed in joining into the best armies, can’t do proper menial jobs either and have no promising future.

    These are like the pomace variant of olive oil filled with additives that are unfit for consumption. They only share the common name, “olive oil!”

Sadly Russia has been actively recruiting from men who don’t get selected to become a gurkha offering very good pay and benefits, all bullshit but they for now believe it, don’t underestimate these men, even the rejected men have had training and are loyal courageous tough formidable fighters
