It’s not as if this is the first time. For two years, people have been allowed to get away with vandalism and violence, sometimes more, sometimes less. Demonstrations, yes, please. But the constant escalations should have been stopped and punished as soon as they started many months ago. By not doing so, the authorities have made themselves complicit in these actions.
Thoughts and prayers to the objects that got broken yesterday
Send them back to whatever hole they crawled out of, they don’t deserve to be here.
