FARMINGTON, CT (WFSB) – Dozens of people were expected to lose their jobs after a hospital laundry service company announced that layoffs would be coming.
The layoffs affected the ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists company on New Britain Ave. in Farmington.
About 69 employees were expected to be laid off starting in December.
The company said the move was made because of a reduction in business.
