I am very skeptical considering I know like 10 Portuguese people and while they all technically speak English, I don’t think any of them are really good at it, and sometimes I only understand what they’re saying because I speak Spanish.
Having the second highest proficiency of an Asian nation is pretty good though. Well done Finland.
