ASTRA confirms: At least 11 fuel tanks were damaged in Feodosia: eight with diesel, two with gasoline, and one empty. Over 800 people were evacuated from the danger zone. A separate UAV attack also targeted the 220 kV “Kafa” substation, damaging a transformer and administrative building.

    It contains critical components that have long lead times and are under sanctions.
