  1. Based on what they decided who is invited? just curious

  2. It’s a pity that the map is focused on Europe and the Middle East, missing El Salvador, one of the key participants of this meeting..

  3. Dick Schoof (Demissionair prime minister of the Netherlands) is also on his way to Egypt. So the Netherlands should be blue too.

  4. Germany and Hungary should be kicked out of this meeting

  5. Meh. Our participation is only ceremonial. Europe was completely left out of the negotiations as usual. Europe’s diplomatic weight is non-existent nowadays.

  6. Iran cant help shooting itself in the foot. Ive never seen a country be given so many olive branches and shoo away every single one

  7. Another common L for Georgian foreign policy – despite the admin’s feverishly pro-Trump rhetoric we are the only Transcaucasian nation not invited.

  8. Basically nearly all countries that were occupied by soviets are not invited. Okay..

  9. Hungary lmao

    Hungary

The biggest trump bootlickers in Europe

  10. Why wasn’t Georgia invited, but Armenianand Azerbaijan were. Just because they recently signed a peace agreement?

  11. Europe as a whole has sleepwalked during the entire ordeal, maybe with an exception of Spain and some others. All of this surely is just ceremonial. Europe never really had any say or pull during that war.

For Poland specifically (maybe appliess to some other eastern EU countries), this war has also received minimal coverage with Ukraine-Russia taking most of the headlines which I think is kind of understandable. It has changed a bit recently, but for the majority of the duration, people simply did not care that much compared to what I’ve seen happen in other countries. The only parties regularly bringing up the genocide and having a real agenda there was Razem (left, not part of the govt, from humanitarian angle), and parts of Konfederacja (far right, from anti semetic angle).

  12. tbh Lebanon and Syria have so many more reasons to be there than Hungary. The war’s not only on their doorstep, they were literally also attacked.

  13. Ah yes, everyone there has equal stake, interest or even the mildest say in what happens.

  14. Leave the global leaders of peace out, good job morons.

  15. Everyone is salty about Hungary is beign invited . I dont like Orbán either  but at least we still got more churches  than mosqes.

  16. Peace is nice
    Peace is nice
Peace is better than CHICKEN AND RICE

  17. How come the rest of the Nordic countries aren’t going/weren’t invited?
Also, who “invites” them, and, for what purpose?

    (Please pardon my ignorance!)

  18. Pedro Sánchez parading again to not talk about his four ongoing corruption trials 🇪🇸🙏

  19. i’m fairly sure i heard on the radio the netherlands was attending?

  20. Denmark not invited because Trump thinks the PM is nasty.
