A UGI Utilities natural gas main replacement project will at times disrupt service, traffic and parking in a downtown Lancaster city neighborhood Wednesday through late November.
Work will happen on the following streets:
East Fulton Street between North Shippen Street and North Plum Street.
Intersection of North Plum Street and East Fulton Street.
Intersection of North Shippen Street and East Fulton Street.
Work will take place Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., the utility announced. Drivers may experience lane and parking restrictions. There will be some interruptions to natural gas service, and UGI will require access to properties to inspect and relight equipment.
Temporary restoration of the area will occur immediately afterwards. Final paving will happen at a later date.
