We should all have a giant framed portrait of Jared Harris, really.
I mean why not? He’s an incredible actor
I mean he is brilliant.
He did do a great George VI to be fair.
Did they mistakenly think this was an actual portrait of George VI?
I think you’ll find that’s a portrait of King George VI.
I used to work in an MBE – I can assure you that every single person who worked there was pretty fucking odd, myself included. So were many of our customers.
This wouldn’t make the Top-10 Weirdest things in my old work
googled him to find out what role this was (never watched the crown) and realised for the 1st time he was the son of Richard Harris.
Which when you watch him is kind of obvious….
every day a school day i guess.
I can only assume that’s him as King George VI in The Crown.
I’m no wiser as to why.
Beltalowda
So valid.
As they should
I’ve this image of him using that branch and it being like that episode of Friends where Joey is trying to get his photo on the wall of the drycleaners.
There’ll be no giant framed portraits of Jared Harris here.
Just live men…and dead ones.
Not great, not terrible.
tbf I don’t know why more places don’t have giant framed portraits of Jared Haris. Who doesn’t want Hari Seldon staring down at them from upon high in these troubled times? I personally would find it of great comfort to know his eyes were upon me.
This painting prop of Jared Harris from The Crown was auctioned off last year… I wonder if it’s hanging in another MBE branch?
Isn’t that Layne Price? The ad man?
They were really affected by the tragedy of Lane Pryce.
He’s one of the few **good Jareds**. We’re outnumbered by the asshole Jareds, so I’m glad he’s spreading good Jared awareness.
I work near there and must walk past it about 5 times a week and I’ve never noticed – my apologies to Jared Harris for not noticing this
This is what gets me in the door, even when I have no mailing or printing needs
On a side note, I stayed in Earl’s Court for three weeks when we (2^(nd) Marine Division Band) participated in the Royal Tournament in 1991. The Field Gun Competition was incredible. Y’all truly are great hosts and we had a wonderful time.
