It’s not clear to me from the article whether this is specifically banning Green Pass protests in city centers or rallies in general.
If it’s the former, that seems pretty indefensible. I could understand requiring people to wear masks at them, but not blocking protests based on the political content.
However, none of the quotes in the article indicate that this is actually specific to Green Pass protests.
