  1. To be clear this man was banned from standing for office for five years in 2015 for electoral fraud

    > Lutfur Rahman was found personally guilty by the court of making false statements about a candidate, bribery, and undue spiritual influence.

    > The court also found Rahman guilty by his agents of personation, postal vote offences, provision of false information to a registration officer, voting when not entitled, making false statements about a candidate, payment of canvassers, bribery, and undue spiritual influence.

His community reelected him as soon as possible. He is corrupt as sin. Political corruption is the norm in Bangladesh. No surprise to see the same here

  2. disgusting to hear that the marathon in a London park banned women.

the problem with this stuff is the idiots bleating their Union Jack reform propaganda aren’t entirely wrong – we do need to stamp out things that conflict with our core societal values, not just let it sneak in and ruin things.

Not putting a stop to hate like this gives ammunition to more hate.

  3. “Nothing wrong with being inclusive and multicultural”

  4. So what next ignore 9 year olds being married off , women not allowed health care , education or to speak , allowed to hit women , have multiple wife’s including impregnating children ..no I’m not being dramatic stopping woman and children from a park run is where it starts how much can you push the boundary ..this has to stop I don’t care it was a disgraced person ..the ethos is correct this is wrong

  5. I think a shit load of women should turn up and run just to piss them off

  6. Yet most of reddit stays quiet about stuff like this in favour of kicking up a fuss about flags
