  1. It has an 87% audience score on rotten tomatoes. If it’s really as bad as everyone says, can someone explain that score? I know rotten tomatoes isn’t the best barometer, but it’s not usually TOTALLY off base.

  2. I didn’t think it was any worse than the previous 2 films. As an audio/visual showcase it was a solid time at the movies.

  3. It wasn’t as good as Legacy but it isn’t nearly as bad as everyone is saying.

It’s exactly like every other Tron movie was, a passible script and simplistic storyline with amazing visuals and soundtrack.

  4. Hyperbolic nonsense and probably written by someone being sponsored by OpenAi.

  5. I thought it was a fun movie with some eye candy visuals. It was a popcorn movie with a basic plot. I don’t understand all the hate for it.

Even on Rotten Tomatoes it’s not doing too bad with audiences.

  6. It wasn’t bad! It was enjoyable for what it was. I would’ve liked if most of the movie took place on the grid

  7. I just can’t work up any interest in anything Leto is attached to.

  8. I liked it a lot thought it was different and very on brand for Tron

  9. Tron was never about the story it was more about the visuals. Right? I mean its basically one big ride on the big screen.

Personally im glad to see such things from the 80s still around.

  10. Trust me, AI destroying Hollywood won’t make things better

  11. Such deep and useful insight. But hey, rage bait gets clicks, right?

  12. Nah, it’s not that bad. In 3D IMAX. On mushrooms.

  13. The music is insanely good.

It’s basically a 2 hours NIN music video, with Jared Leto unfortunately, but it is what if is.

  14. I watched it in Dolby 12.1 IMAX 3D. The story was _very_ mediocre, but the visuals… wow. Genuinely one of the most immersive things i’ve seen in a long time

  15. My husband was so stoked for this movie. He loves Tron, and he loves NIN (secondly only to Metallica as his favorite). He’s been eagerly waiting for them to make another sequel. He took our son on Saturday to watch it, the 3D version (yep, my husband still likes watching certain movies in 3D), and long story short, they were less than impressed with it. Even the music was kind of a fail.

  16. The NIN soundtrack had me interested, then I saw Leto, then I saw the reviews. Disappointing.

  17. It’s the worst of the three by far. They should have just stuck with the first two.

  18. Why is Jared Leto still being offered roles? Morbin time wasn’t enough?

  19. These articles are just troll bait at this point. If you watched the movie for your own personal opinion, this is nothing close to what the title is even describing. The 87% audience score says otherwise. It’s just smear campaigning at this point.
