3. I used to live round the corner from the Buncefield fuel dump in Hemel Hempstead when it blew up.
   It took fire crews days to put it out mainly because it took that long to get enough extinguisher equipment on site.

   The ruzzians will have the same problem, unless there’s enough equipment/material on site all they’ll be doing is wasting what they’ve got.

   I’m guessing that there just isn’t enough extinguishment fluid to go round anymore, which is fantastic news if true
