  8. My fam left Poland in 1987. I still remember all the “rules” about not telling anyone (even your bff) what your parents discuss at home. I remember tanks in the streets in the early 80’s and how they scared me. This is what I associate with Russia on a personal level. They are not to be trusted under any circumstances.

    The word phobia is been used to weaken rational fears and protections in western.

    While towards ruskies its just pure disgust and/or due hatred for all their dumb actions.

    It shouldn’t be called russophobia.
