I wish them the best of luck, if this can turn commercialy feasible it will be a second EV revolution and might be the nail in the ICE coffim.
Toyota has burned their reputation to the ground with regard to SS batteries. Don’t believe a word they say until they are delivering affordable solid-state batteries in volume.
They have been pushing this FUD for decades now.
This is just a delay tactic to sell more gas cars for longer
The hydrogen balloon has deflated, now it’s solid state batteries.
Grain of salt. A lot of companies are working on Solid State Batteries. I’ll believe mass market production when I see it.
