4. I am not shocked in the slightest that a taxi driver would do this. It’s not even the worst thing that’s been done to women and girls by taxi drivers in the greater Manchester area.

6. Should this not also be a police matter? I hope she reported him to the police. He is probably free to go back to private hire. Is there a register for taxi drivers?
