    Mf spent the better half of a decade having to revise his own numbers and now “Can’t believe it” when the president stands up for Americans and has positive results.

  10. The monthly job corrections keep pointing at a grim picture that more jobs may be gone than expected.

    And could the fall seasonal jobs be a factor of making it look like not so many jobs have been lost? What if those go away after the holidays and starts revealing the real toll on jobs?

  16. I have a question. J Powell is a smart man.. The fed is. Board of a ton of well educated, well informed finance, math, and economics folks.

    So if we accept that they’re not stupid or myopic. Let’s say the *know* the numbers being put out by Trump’s administration on unemployment are completely false…

    Given the amount of Ire on the fed right now and the laser focus on trying to shut them down kick them out fire Powell.

    Even if they knew, wouldn’t it be an extreme risk to state that the presidency is lying to the American people?
