Sir David Beckham, once a close friend of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, has seen his relationship with the Prince and Princess of Wales grow stronger over the years. The former England captain and his wife, Victoria Beckham, have always been tight with the Royal couple, even attending their 2011 wedding.
The two couples have been spotted together at various events, with David even teaming up with William for a joint engagement last year. They also show their support for each other in subtle ways.
Just last week, Princess Kate was seen wearing a Victoria Beckham outfit on the same day that the fashion designer’s documentary premiered on Netflix. William and Kate are making an unexpected trip to Northern Ireland to celebrate the potential of rural areas and young entrepreneurs.

A recent gesture by David and Victoria towards the Prince and Princess of Wales was noticed on Victoria’s new show.
In one scene from the docuseries, Sir David, who was knighted earlier this year, is seen giving a tour of his flower bed at their Cotswolds home.

The flower bed features a rose marked “Rosa. William and Catherine.”, reports the Express.
According to The Sun, this rose is the William and Catherine Rose, created by horticulturist David Austin in 2011 to commemorate the Royal couple’s wedding.
However, the flower bed does not yet feature Catherine’s Rose.
A rose named after The Princess of Wales, which was unveiled this year by The Royal Horticultural Society (RHS).
During an interview at the World Economic Forum’s annual gathering in Davos, Switzerland, earlier this year, David revealed he is “a huge royalist”.

He also mentioned that he’s always available whenever Prince William reaches out to him.
He stated at the event: “Whenever the Prince of Wales sends me a message and says, ‘I need you to do this’ or ‘Be there’, it’s always a ‘Yes’.”
The former soccer star is also thought to share a strong rapport with King Charles and has been seen with them at numerous events.
