As a citizen, participating in the ‘No Kings ‘ protest is freedom of expression protected by the first amendment on multiple fronts such as Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Assembly and arguably Right to Petition. All this considered, a memo stating that exercising these freedoms qualifies you as a violent extremist is in itself terrorism.
