Princess Eugenie may be royalty, but she is proudly wearing her title as Mrs. Brooksbank.
Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter celebrated seven years of marriage to Jack Brooksbank on Sunday, Oct. 12. Marking the occasion in a modern and relatable way, Eugenie shared a never-before-seen photo with her husband on her personal Instagram.
“Happy Anniversary.. 7 years and counting! ❤️❤️❤️” Princess Eugenie, 35, wrote in the caption.
The snap showed Eugenie and Jack sharing a kiss while she wore a light pink jacket with “Mrs. Brooksbank” on the back — and although the image was undated, the princess wore the custom piece for her post-wedding celebrations in October 2018.
At that time, Sam Dougal, the creative director and co-founder of the brand Gainsbourg, revealed that the jacket featured Princess Eugenie’s married name in her own handwriting.

“All the love to HRH Princess Eugenie, Mrs Brooksbank and her lovely new husband Jack,” the designer an Instagram snap of the jacket. “Im so so honoured to have been asked to design the bespoke look she wore for the day 2 wedding celebrations at Windsor in collaboration with her brilliant stylist @styletonic_sarahprice. The pale pink biker jacket was embroidered with the words ‘Mrs Brooksbank’ in the Princess’ own handwriting 💙”
After tying the knot at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on Oct. 12, 2018, the wedding weekend continued the following day with a festival, complete with a fairground and food stalls, at Windsor Great Park. Many of the celebrity guests who were present at their nuptials attended, including Ellie Goulding and Robbie Williams.
