  1. Today was merely the initial proposal for a 2026 budget. The current government is not a majority government, so amendments will almost certainly happen before it is passed so the number may go up or it may go down. But it should be mentioned that there is broad support for Ukraine, except for one party on the far left who is trying to be the neutral contrarian. They are not exactly politically irrelevant, but they are too small to pick every battle, and i can’t imagine that they are going to fight over support for Ukraine.
