  1. *We’re on a road to nowhere, come on inside*
*Taking that ride to nowhere, we’ll take that ride*
    *I’m feeling okay this morning*
*We’re on the road to paradise*
*Here we go…. here we go….*

Well, and there they still are,.. Nowhere.

  2. Looks like they have an issue with their turrets /s

  3. Are the Ukrainians still using western tanks? It seems like the Russians are mostly out of tanks so I wonder if Ukrainian now has a tactical advantage there.

  4. Well, after Iron Bottom Sound in the Pacific, we now have multiple Iron Bottom Roads in Ukraine.

  5. Red Storm Rising descriptions of the battlefield, came true.

  6. Imagine if Russia spent all that money on improving their economy

  7. Donbass is well known for its underground mines. And here we discover open-pit mines.

  8. Never ask a woman her age, a man his salary and Russian tanker where is his turret.

  9. I see Ukraine will go undefeated yet again this year for most consecutive turrets tossed from enemy vehicles.

  10. When Azov steel mill gets up and running after the war they’re going to have a lot of recycling to do!

  11. One of my college military history books was “The American Way of War” by Russell Weigley.

One of his key observations was, at the beginning of wars, Americans simply march down the most convenient road; then they get ambushed and the survivors start to learn. Very soon, roads are a last resort.

    Especially when Javelins exist.

    Слава Україні!

  12. at 20 cents per kg of steel… well there is quite a bit of cash down there 😉

  13. Is this recent? i cannot view that bluesky post. That is all real armor destroyed: tank, IFVS, armored recovery vehicle and more. This is the sort of loss Russia cannot afford anymore.

  14. Holup… looks like we missed at least two turret tosses?!

  15. People talking about tanks, and I’m here looking at that burnt out engineering vehicle – that’s a good thing to kill. They do obstacle breaches, hasty entrenchment, and route improvement, which is kind of an important capabilty, and they are quite rare. They tend to figure highly in target priority.

  16. I wonder how long it will take to clean it all up, once the war is over and done at some point.

  17. Surely there’s a drone operator with footage of that turret landing with its barrel back in the tank. I must see it!!!
