The Croatian Tourist Board and Croatian Airlines hosted a special evening in the impressive Georgian Buildings on South William Street, in Dublin on Wednesday evening.
Beserio Fabrio – Director, Croatian National Tourist Office – oversaw the presentations on the night from various Croatian Suppliers including Robertinina Majstrovic – Croatia Airlines; Antea Burazin– Dalmatia County; Catherine Grennall Whyte – ATTS and Samir Sayid -ATTS
Croatian Ambassador to Ireland H.E. Davor Vidiš was also in attendance.

Following the presentations guests gathered in the reception room where there was much interaction between suppliers and attendees as they savoured the Croatian fayre on offer along with a glass of wine.
A čobanac was on the menu a hearty slow cooked traditional “shepherds stew” along with lots of other traditional Croatian gastronomy delights combined in a selection of canapes that were well received by those in attendance.
