1. NATO will buy Tomahawks for Ukraine if the money is right. BUT: As far as I have read, Tomahawks are sea-based weapons. They are launched from warships and submarines. The land-based version is said to have been destroyed during the implementation of the IMF treaty. A new project involving a ground-to-ground version has been shelved. So what is the truth?
