The video does NOT say he was dissuaded, only that Putin would not want them sent. That said, I don’t see Trump sending them. Putin still has the video. They will meet and have further discussions about how to force Ukraine to surrender. We supplied weapons and defensive cover for Israel until Hammas was forced to surrender (and Gaza was destroyed).
