6. Similar thing happened to Germany in WW2. Towards the end, the anti aircraft crew were so used to seeing Allied aircraft day after day. That after a while, proper target identification procedures were rushed. Resulting in anti aircraft gunners starting to fire at their own airplanes.

   I wonder if something similar is happening. 99% of the time there is an alert, a Ukraine drone is approaching. So after a while, they just rush through or outright ignore procedures.
