As honest as I can be without sounding rude, no. You could not. Someone might assume you have mixed parents, but, nobody would think you’re a genuine finn.

Your facial structure resembles more Mongolians than europeans. Modern Finns are europeans with slight slanting eyes and they are blonde or fair hair and huge majority has blue eyes and minority of them has brown eyes.
