Turkish disaster response experts await Israeli go ahead to help recover bodies in Gaza

These teams usually rescue people after earthquakes. This time they’ll use their knowhow to retrieve bodies from the rubble across Gaza. They’ll begin by trying to locate the bodies of Israeli hostages. Hamas has agreed to return them under Donald Trump’s 20point ceasefire plan. Israeli officials say the Islamist group is dragging its feet. they can easily bring a significant number of dead hostages and to give them back. Hamas says that it’s impossible to retrieve all remaining bodies now because they’re trapped under rubble. It has asked for digging equipment. Instead, an international team is taking on this task. Rescuers from Egypt, Qatar, Turkey, and the US are gathering data from Hamas and Israeli intelligence. In recent days, Israel has limited the entry of more aid into Gaza as a way of pressing Hamas to return hostages remains. These images from Friday show trucks which have entered the enclave. In spite of pressure from Israel and the US over the first phase of the deal, Hamas is continuing to crack down on opponents and rival clans triggering this message from the US president. If Hamas continues to kill people in Gaza, which was not the deal, we will have no choice but to go in and kill them. But Hamas says it will not disarm or abandon its control over Gaza as required by Donald Trump’s plan. Palestine needs to strengthen internal consultation and mutual understanding to prevent external interference. The US and France have already said their troops will not take part in the international force which is supposed to disarm Hamas, lowering expectations that the ceasefire deal can be implemented.

A team of Turkish disaster response specialists is stationed at the Egyptian border, awaiting Israeli authorisation to enter Gaza and help in search and recovery operations. The 81-member team from Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) is equipped with specialised search-and-rescue tools, including life-detection devices and trained search dogs. 1. There's 2 millions of people in Gaza, let's say 1,5 millions are able bodied and sitting idly. Give everyone showel and start digging. If each manages 1 m3 per day, the work will be done in a blink of an eye.

  2. Hamas signed the peace plan knowing well ahead that they don't have the dead bodies of the hostages, but they signed it to stall for time to regroup and plan their next attack. A clear violation of the peace plan, IDF should call on the violation and continue the attack on Gaza!!!

  3. Thanks to Turkish for stand with helpless Palestinians.
Please Two-state solution for permanent peace. And send peace keeping mission of UN.
    Donald Trump prepossessed.

  4. Any country that are occupied will face resistance. End the occupation then there will be no resistance. When the country become a free state then they will have their own military, traditionally from the former resistance group. The colonists like the American, British and French should know this. So don't ask Hamas to disarm. Don't be a broker for a peace when you have a colonist mentality.

  5. What I don’t get is giving people that are already dead more priority then someone living epically children….blows my mind u can get a corpse anytime a living starving child can only be saved once !!
