Hi!
Can someone help me and tell me why there are such price differences and which option should I choose? I quite can't seem to undersand. What each option means?
And also what are the car parking prices in Luzern?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Might as well take your car then get shamed for it for not being environmentally conscious.
Click on each ticket and you’ll be able to read the terms and conditions.
– point-to-point: one-way ticket valid all day
– saver offer: tied to a specific train/connection
– saver day pass: day pass for the whole country
If you’re spending a few days in Switzerland check out the Swiss Half-fare card first to save money.
Regular – ticket valid for the day for the route chosen (until 3-4am the next day iirc) and you can take any train, stop in the middle, continue, etc.
Supersaver ticket – only valid for THAT TRAIN. If you miss it it’s lost, and if you take another train it’s not valid. Only exception being if CFF themselves cancel it, you can take the next available train for the route.
Supersaver day pass – you can take any train for that day, irrespective of the route
Class upgrade – only valid with a 2nd class ticket, transforms it into a 1st class ticket
I would take the day pass tbh
Of the 4 options you listed: the first option allows you to take any train going on that route from 00:00 to 05:00 of the following day.
The Saver offer is only valid on the specific train at that specific time and day. Must be bought in advance and has limited availability. With increasing prices over time and limited refundability.
Saver Day Pass allows unlimited travel through all of Switzerland. Must be bought in advance and has limited availability. With increasing prices over time and limited refundability. Do note: if you have a half fare card, then you can get a Saver Day Pass for as little as 29 CHF (those are hard to get though). A regular day pass you can buy anytime with a half fare card is capped at 78 CHF per day.
The Supersaver Class Upgrade gets you into First Class. But you need to already have a valid ticket for the route.
I recommend you get a half fare card, though, if this is your only trip in Switzerland, getting a Saver offer is fine.
