  13. I’m not defending him,
    But the ‘evidence’ at best was loose, and he allegedly wanted to fight it, even with the New York Court stating they will basically make an example of him.
    Which whatever you choose to believe, beings the whole case / law into disrepute, when courts start making decisions before trials even start.

    That’s essentially why the royal family thought damage limitation, pay it off, make it go away. It would have been a kangeroo court, he wouldn’t have had a fair trial.

    Now there is no doubt andrew should not have been in such contact with epstein especially after conviction.
    That doesn’t automatically make him a nonce.

    What is wild is how her parents were never charged with neglect.
    She had a troubled life especially as a child, it is that level of neglect that ruined her life.

    But yes it should have gone to court,
    I don’t think cases like this should ever be settled out of court for a sum of money.
    Because whether andrew is guilty of not, it essentially puts a value on serious crimes which should never be the case, it allows the super rich to get away with anything they want.

  18. I don’t understand the nonce comments. Because even if he did sleep with her, she was 17 which is of legal age. Is it the fact that it’s because she was ‘trafficked’? Is it the insinuation that he slept with people who weren’t legal age because of his affiliation with Epstein, who apparently did? This isn’t meant to be in any way allowing the behaviour, but I don’t get it – he hasn’t been accused of sleeping with anyone underage.
