  1. Gut so …wenn ihnen das nicht passt können sie ja nach Ruzzia zurück gehen. Wo ja alles viel besser zu sein scheint 🤮

  2. If Russians want to vote, they can go vote in Russian elections. Spoiler alert: Putin wins!

  3. Good they will abuse the system and try to get pro russian politicians in power.

  4. The woman saying the russians will be “second class citizens” is really stupid as the russians are in fact NOT citizens. They are russians and hold russian passports and they vote in russian elections, they are not Estonians or EU citizens. They want to vote in Estonia? Burn that russian passport and apply for Estonian citizenship.

Question is, if they like living in Estonia and working there, building better life in Estonia, why stubbornly hold on to the russian nationality. Refusing to do so implies their stay in Estonia is temporary and that they are really not serious about staying. So why should they get right to vote and change Estonian matters? This is nothing but attempt to keep russian minority in Estonia that Putin can then use as an excuse to pressure smaller neighbor.

  5. They had like 10 years to learn Estonian and get new passports…. they have no right to complain

  6. lol Russians should stick to voting their own dysfunctional country out of the gutter. Best thing Russia has going for it is that Putin owns trump like a bitch.

  7. Honestly this is kinda crazy what no-citizens could vote in Estonia…..👀 what an actual f*

  8. I dont get anyone who belives Estonia is wrong… I am(Croatian) currently staying abroad in another Western country, I dont have the right to vote and I dont want it! I do not plan to stay here, and I do not wish to use my vote to derail the local elections!

  9. The exception that was in place for 34 years which allowed every resident regardless of citizenship to vote in local (city) elections was revoked.

They had over three decades to make up their mind whether they want to get an Estonian or other EU citizenship and partake in the country they’re living in, or to continue being a foreign citizen living in a foreign country with no say in that county’s matters.

A lot made up their minds, but many still seem to think that a Russian passport is a global citizenship that comes with rights to do whatever they want in whatever country they’re currently at.

  10. The correct answer should be “Estonia did not do this to me, Russia did”. Any other response – you can go sit on it.

  11. I will change the title, none ciztens are not allowed to vote.

  12. Wtf. Why would Russians be allowed to vote in Estonia? I as an American am not, and cannot go vote in other countries elections. You want to vote in Estonia, become an Estonian citizen.

  13. Move them back to Russia. Why allow this fifth column in EU. It’s a disaster waiting to happen

  14. Non-citizens aren’t allowed to vote?!? Say it ain’t so!! 😱

  15. Who cares? They can go vote in their country, after all they are RUSSIAN citizens, not Estonian.

  16. second class citizens? Well, you see, that’s the point. You are NOT a citizen to even be classed as second.
