My wife and I just got back from Scotland a week ago. I had absolutely 0 desire to ever visit Scotland but my wife has been talking about it for a few years and I decided to make it happen for our anniversary. Out of all the other vacation/countries we have ever been to, I can say, Scotland was definitely a top 3 vacation. We had an amazing time everywhere we went. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking. The people are amazing. We had an absolutely wonderful time and I severely underestimated what Scotland had to offer. I will say….coming from the US….they definitely need bigger roads!!! 😁. I had to hold my breath around turns while I was driving fairly often! There’s not many countries we have been to and would like to visit again, but Scotland is definitely on that short list.

Funny. I went to Scotland for 6 days back in 2023. Never knew why I felt I really had to go there but I also came back feeling more than a little bit Scottish 😂
