Ethiopia in talks to convert dollar loan debts into yuan

1. Ethiopia looking to get help with the multiple rebel groups and Eritrea it looks like. Not sure what China will gain there Ethiopia’s lack of a port really holds their importance back. I think I read they made a nuclear deal recently? The nuclear deal stuff is interesting but it just takes so damn long to build a nuclear plant I wonder how many of those will get built.
