In the latest round of negotiations for deliveries of caustic soda (NaOH) in the final quarter of the year, caustic soda manufacturers faced representatives of the pulp and paper industry, which is itself battered by high costs and legal regulations. Market participants report fairly tough negotiations on delivery terms for the fourth quarter of 2025.
