“What will we fight it with?” A Monster Mash? Netflix has debuted the full official trailer for Troll 2, the highly anticipated sequel to the Norwegian streaming hit Troll from 2022. Who’s planning to watch this?! Netflix got the original Norwegian action director, Roar Uthaug, back to make another one – and this next one features another giant troll waking up in Norway and wreaking havoc. And they will even fight! Who’s ready for more monster mayhem? Nora, Andreas and Captain Kris leap back into action when a dangerous new troll awakes – and this time they’ll need more help to take it down. With the clock ticking and chaos spreading, they’ll need new allies and ancient secrets to stop the rampage. Can they save Norway before it’s too late? This stars Ine Marie Wilmann, Kim Falck, Mads Sjøgård Pettersen, and Sara Khorami. The producers state: “It’s always daunting to do a sequel but we truly feel that this time, we’ve created an even better, bigger, funnier, and more adventurous film – if that’s even possible!” It looks like they’re riffing on Kong vs Godzilla, but you know what, I’m all for it! Let them fight! I want to see big, hairy trolls rumble.
