Yeah, that was me too, until the dog grabbed my PE bag which was hanging up (low because it was primary school) and promptly ran off of it. Because it was in another era, I and a schoolmate were allowed to go and roam the surrounding streets to look for the dog! I eventually found my abandoned PE bag a couple of streets away, so the day was saved! 🦮😕
Now the police would be called
And now?
That’s me everywhere still, approaching my forties
There was a dog on the tube yesterday, was a good day.
Yeah!! This happened at our junior school!! The excitement was off the scale!
Seeing a dog, or someone walking past the window because they’re late.
It was amazing when the enormous 2 foot long lop rabbit managed to crawl into the yard of my secondary school.
I remember we had two dogs once “doing the deed”.
Teachers had to run over to separate them it was madness 🤣
Ducks are also valid.
In secondary school, half the kids were chasing the ducks on the waterlogged field, the other half trying to feed them.
Ms. Hoover there’s a dog in the vent
I’d like to see the version where the dog was a Bully XL
Had a dog called Buddy. He would open the window to escape and follow me on the bus to school. Then he would just sit in the playground until break time or until a teacher saw him and I used to have to take him home. Great times. So many afternoons off because of that dog.
I’m still like that when someone brings in their dog to the office
I fondly remember taking jib off some older lads for sticking up for a friend. Luckily I could still slip through the school bars, so I took all their footballs & put them under cars with a dash of smashed glass. The good old days.
This actually happened when I was a kid.
Except it was my dog, a huge alsatian my mum was walking 😭
Myself in stark contrast would be sprinting for the hills. (Got jumped by a collie when I was 6, had a bit of an irrational fear since. Cows, horses, sheep, cats.. absolutely fine, but dogs. They scare me.)
