2. I was under the impression they paid gang bosses significant sums for passage on one of these boats. How did he have enough funds to do this twice?

   How can he be seeking asylum with so much disposable income?

3. Not sure that’s a sign the system is a farce, since it correctly identified someone who’d previously attempted to claim asylum been rejected and deported to France before returning by small boat.

   Seems it’s working as well as can be expected since there’s such opposition to managed safe routes of entry.

   Now if he’d been brought over as as ‘one in’ part of the arrangement they’d have a point. But he wasn’t.
