Save us Brad Knott District 13 NC! Or at least stop being a coward and come meet with your constituents
Another day closer to me saying I told you so when enough ATC calls in sick and the shutdown ends within 24 hours
Boy, this month went by fast.
Ugh. Republicans still can’t govern and all dump cares about is shitting on Americans.
I’m a federal contractor, and as such I work with a lot of federal civilians. All but two of them are in favor of keeping the shutdown going until Republicans agree to meet the demands of Democrats. They realize that the subsidies are incredibly important for people, and are willing to struggle in the short term to help the nation in the long term. The two who are against the shutdown are deep MAGA that think Trump is the best president ever.
I heard that we have kidda of a soft end date of the first few days of November. Since that’s when the ACA subsidies the Dems are fighting for will no longer be relevant and the Dem senators are just waiting to fold.
