Landlord making false claims

Hello,
I was living in a different apartment and have moved out. The landlord hasn’t give me my deposit back from past 5 months as they claimed that they can keep it for 6 months.
Yesterday, I got a mail from them about them asking for my account details for them to send me my money back but they are saying that they will deduct money for floor damage and for the wall.
While the inspection, it was clearly stated with seeing no damage as there’s not been a single damage.

Now they are claiming that they will keep 300€ for the operating cost and will refund after 2025 as well will deduct 292€ for floor damage and for the wall but while inspection they clearly stated everything is perfectly fine.

I have the pictures of the inspection document and the amount they will deduct which i will attach here.

I hope i can get some advice on how to handle this situation.
