  1. Deport them and their extended families back to wherever they came from. 6 houses, 100% relying on welfare and offer nothing to Ireland.

  2. I can understand sticking together for some things but if anyone I know or love comes home and says they just randomly stabbed a woman to death their secret is not safe with me.

  3. An evil family

Five members of Jozef Puska’s family have been jailed for their roles in covering up the 2022 murder of Ashling Murphy:

Lucia Istokova (36) – Puska’s wife, admitted withholding information. She knew about his injuries and his confession, and failed to identify his bicycle.

Sentence: 26 months (6 months suspended)

Marek Puska (36) – Puska’s brother, withheld information and helped plan to burn clothes.

    Sentence: 30 months

Lubomir Puska (37) – Another brother, also withheld key information.

    Sentence: 30 months

Jozefina Grundzova (35) – Marek’s wife, burned the killer’s clothes.

Sentence: 27 months (6 months suspended)

Viera Gaziova (40) – Lubomir’s wife, also burned clothes.

Sentence: 30 months (6 months suspended)

  4. Evict and deport. Would be utter insanity to allow them remain here once they are released

  5. Jailed on tax payers dime, deport the lot of them. Pack of dirt bags.

  6. Can we also make sure to deport them after? Like, we’ve no reason to let them stay, they’ve shown what they think of Ireland and the people born here. They have no interest in integrating like most immigrants, they’re just a drain on our society and mine and your taxes we work hard to earn being handed over to them.

  7. Should all be deported, they offer nothing to this country. Scumbags

  8. Why were these drains on Irish society allowed to be here in the first place?

  9. I feel sorry for the children involved in all this – they have been utterly failed by their family.

  10. Most hated shower of bastards in Ireland, and well earned. Shouldn’t get a red cent from this state here after.

  11. I’m surprised they were still roaming their towns without paying the price. I hope they all rot

  12. I feel at least one person should make the comment that these people acted as they did because of their character; not because they were immigrants. I also don’t actually know if any or all of them were/are in active employment, but I do know that they didn’t do this because they were poor or in receipt of welfare.

In terms of punishment, I think it worth remembering that our penal system is not one of retribution, but one of rehabilitation. The comments of the presiding Justice would be worth re-iterating – the sentencing process is not an act of vengeance. None of the five had previous convictions, are at low or moderate risk of reoffending, all have children who they would be separated from while in custody and they were isolated from the wider community.

Lastly, if lying to the Guards resulted in the seizure of your home, the loss of your job, extended jail time, and/r deporting then this sub would be a much quieter place. Lot of hypocrisy floating around here.

  13. Prison will be unkind to this family and rightly so. Monsters.

  14. Scumbags should be immediately deported and barred from entering the country again for their natural lives.

  15. I would just like to remind everyone that the EU Right to Free Movement is not absolute.

The right entitles an EU citizen to **Stay longer than 3 months** only if they:

    * Are **working** (employed or self-employed), or
    * Have **sufficient resources** and **health insurance** so they won’t be a burden on the host state, or
    * Are **studying** and meeting the same financial/insurance conditions.

So if the government were interested in enforcing this, you would never have a network of people able to move here and live in “four-bedroom home with six adults and 14 children” and nary a job between them. In theory that is 20 spots in the local GP practice, 14 spots in the local school, and an incredible volume of welfare support (or criminality to support themselves).

  16. Vermin scum, the air we breathe is too good for them.

  17. Can we just deport them please, this is not where I want my tax euros going.

  18. According to the Irish Times, “Tusla, the State’s child and family agency, is satisfied that appropriate arrangements are in place for the care of the children”.

Of course Tusla have been exercising flawless judgement lately /s

  19. What is happening to their kids? They have a bunch of children between them and I haven’t heard anything about what will happen to them. Will they be taken into state custody?

To be clear I think the children are better off without these scum bags raising them but will they be returned to live with these people when they get out of prison in ~20 months?

  20. I have a family that doesn’t speak to me because they think I’m evil for not supporting my father. My father who committed rape.

The shit people cover up in the name of family is fucking disgraceful.

    RIP Aisling.

  21. Deport whole family. We do not deserve to cover keeping this scum with our taxes

  22. Pathetic sentences, all on the lower end of the guidelines

  23. Hopefully, they will be deported after their time in prison. To keep them in the country is of no benefit.

  24. The fact that they were allowed to stay here and suck the system dry is unbelievable. They couldnt work due to back pain , it still didn’t stop them from having a load of kids There’s people out there that can’t afford to move out of their parents’ home, and yet we clothe , feed and put a roof over the heads of the biggest wasters on the planet . Some system ….

  25. They aren’t going anywhere after serving their time. We are stuck with these scum and many more like them
