28. Cruise missiles don’t produce light as their engines are not rockets. This is 99.99% a Russian SHORAD system, likely Pantsir S1 or equivalent.

34. The fireball doesn’t look like from a modern engine tuned for long range efficiency. It almost looks like it’s pushing the combustion, but hard to see on the video.
