That falling debris is going very fast.

…Missiles flying over your head…
You are in the army now.
Maybe the ORCs can retaliate against another kindergarten.
What morons.
Storm shadow is dropped then hugs the ground to avoid radar. Don’t know if that’s what that is but it fits the description and holy shit is that intimidating. Could you imagine hundreds of those in the air at the same time flying over your head
It’s just another Russian businessman falling out a window
Moscow St Petersburg?
Was it Moscow, or St Pete? Wth is this title?
Moscow and St. Petersburg are two different cities in totally different places

Cruise missiles don’t produce light as their engines are not rockets. This is 99.99% a Russian SHORAD system, likely Pantsir S1 or equivalent.
You can find similar footage here (Less visible “glow” because there is less fog):

Looks like a russian anti aircraft missile
Don’t worry the illustrious Russian military will stop it by hitting it with one of their oil refineries.
Fly baby fly! Be true to your goal!
Looks like New Years came early boys
It’s a Pantsir interceptor
The fireball doesn’t look like from a modern engine tuned for long range efficiency. It almost looks like it’s pushing the combustion, but hard to see on the video.
