This is a Prime example of light pollution in the Frankfurt area. On this particulary cloudy night this is caused by the construction site of a new Data Center nearby. Normally, it would Not be this bad and one could even see some stars, however, the light dome of Frankfurt and several other cities around would still be visible. I took this picture around 2:15 am.
