KBC Group NV is one of Belgium’s leading insurance banking groups. The group’s activity is organized into 3 areas:
– banking: retail, private banking, financial and market banking activities. At the end of 2024, the group had a network of 1,106 banking branches, 283 of which are in Belgium. KBC Group NV managed EUR 228.7 billion in current deposits and EUR 192.1 billion in current loans;
– insurance: non-life insurance (84.3% of insurance revenues) and life insurance (15.7%);
– asset management.
Income is distributed geographically as follows: Belgium (55.8%), Czech Republic (21.3%), Hungary (9.6%), Bulgaria (7.3%), Slovakia (4%) and other (2%).
