“Syrian migrant” – Daily Mail
Thinning and/or greying hair at 16 is unusual but it happens, stress can be a contributory factor and war is widely considered to be quite stressful.
We need a clear out of the judiciary.
“He couldn’t cook or do laundry”
Yep, there are no adult males who don’t know how to do those things…
The whole damn lot of them are insane – and they wonder why people are getting angry. I am scared for what our country is going to look like after the next election
People are seeing past this bullshit now and realising this is all one big stitch up and everyone at the top is making on it. Except us who have to live with it. Who do they think the first houses will be visited when the inevitable uprising begins.
These judges should be jailed for enabling danger in our communities
Daily mail. The source of honest news.
Must’ve had a tough paper round.
We used to fuck people off to Australia for stealing an apple. Do we even deserve to exist as a nation if we are allowing this?
Must have had a hard life
Perhaps the judge needs to be checked for dementia? Cleary not able to think or see properly. The judiciary needs a clear out.
Britons love being lied to , year after year, decade after decade, by the Daily Fail
Anyone else met a 16 yo with grey hair and crows feet lines around the eyes? Nope, me neither.
Seriously what’s the deal with UK judges. Do they go through some sort of training to have logic and common sense erased from their thick brains?
These judges will never be remembered in the way they hope they will. They’ll be a footnote, not in a virtuous way but the opposite.
Or maybe they just don’t care because they’re being paid and old .
These judges….I’m starting to get suspicious there’s some disturbing motive behind these decisions
Is this serious….this has to be a joke
Judiciary wants reform to win
Disgusting racism. Of course the judge isn’t stupid and doesn’t say “I do not want to punish this person properly because I am racist in his favour.” instead ignores clear facts and lies.
These judges don’t have a clue about real life, most of them live in a bubble and never encounter normal people. My aunt is a former youth magistrate and she has such little understanding of the way the world works. Recently we needed to get rid of some old clothes and she said, “Oh but don’t Gypsies in horse and cart still come round collecting rags?”
No photo, “trust me bro”, dailymail is better to judge someone age than a court
If appearance alone wasn’t enough there are tests that can be performed to approximate a person’s age. A DNA test would have cleared this up. Instead they just went off of vibes.
It’s kinda scary an adult trying to pass themselves off as a child. Are they really going to put them in school so they can be close to our school children?!
Remeber this is the daily hail, so only about 10% of this is true.
There have are literally children in Palestine who have a full head of WHITE hair, due to the stress and depression of living under constant Zionist bombardment and killings
Haven’t we had enough of the rage bait posts yet?
Derby City Council will have to pay the migrant’s legal costs. I hope they refuse
Traitors.
How common is that look at the age of 16? Genuine question. I’ve seen stories like this more than a few times, so one has to wonder…
My school would take in a cohort of boys from Hong Kong for VIth form. There would always be some with salt and pepper hair at 16. That was just from the stress of Far Eastern schooling.
I can imagine the stress levels of a child who’s been bombed etc would be above that – i have no doubt such a child could have grey hair.
Can someone explain what’s the implication of this ruling? Why does it matter legally whether he’s 17 or 18 or 24? Does it mean that all minors actually get a high chance of having permanent residence granted if they came to the UK as older minors, eg 16yo?
I just don’t get it. If an actual 17 year old claims asylum, why can’t they just revisit the application and rule his asylum claim innadmissible in a couple of months time, once he’s an adult?
