On energy prices, Trump expects voters to fall for the same foolish lie twice. Trump vowed to cut consumers’ energy costs in half. And then failed. He’s making the same pitch ahead of 2025 elections. “A REPUBLICAN VOTE MEANS A DRASTIC DROP IN ENERGY PRICES, A DROP LIKE YOU’VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE!”

  9. Oil’s already down near where US frackers have to close. Can’t go too much further, and oil is only a fraction of the cost of refined fuel anyway.

    Solar/wind/batteries costs are down and falling but they need T&D and can’t federal permits any more.

    Gas is up. Europe needs gas to replace Russian gas. We don’t talk about this much in North America.

    Coal prices may fall gradually because demand is starting to fall worldwide, but low fuel prices don’t affect the cost of transmission and distribution.

    So…half? What’s the plan? Cause a major economic depression so demand goes down?

  10. Then mister president explain how with an all Republican board Georgia power has made record profits this year and various people online absolutely ripping them apart for a high bill? I would love to hear the explanation and reasoning how now they are going to lower the energy bill.
