Tonight, the Semi-Final of Georgia’s Junior Eurovision selection takes place, while in Luxembourg auditions continue for its selection for Eurovision 2026.

🇱🇺 – Luxembourg Song Contest 2026 – Auditions Continue

Auditions will continue today at RTL City for the Luxembourg Song Contest. The singers will perform for an international expert jury that will determine the singers who will compete in the final of the Luxembourgish selection.

58 artists are taking part in the auditions round with a total of 83 songs in contention to compete in the selection. The international jury that will select the finalists is formed of:

Karin Gunnarsson: producer of Melodifestivalen (Sweden’s national selection for Eurovision)
Gísli Berg: member of the Icelandic Eurovision delegation since 2019 and producer of Söngvakeppnin (Iceland’s national selection for Eurovision)
Paul Jordan, also known as “Dr. Eurovision”: British Eurovision Song Contest expert. He worked behind the scenes at the contest between 2014 and 2018, and he was also a member of the international jury for France (2019) and Ireland (2023)
Ludovic-Alexandre Vidal: French songwriter and musical theatre writer. Author and ESC fan from the very beginning, he was part of the team that wrote and composed “La poupée monte le son” (Luxembourg’s entry for Eurovision 2025).
Elsie Bay: Norwegian singer-songwriter. She has written multiple entries for the Norwegian national selection Melodi Grand Prix, and for other national selections in Germany and Luxembourg, including “Drowning in the Rain”, which was sung by Krick at the Luxembourg Song Contest 2024.

The third edition of the Luxembourg Song Contest will take place on January 24 in Rockhal in Esch-sur-Alzette. The live final will see several acts compete to represent Luxembourg at the Eurovision Song Contest 2026 in Vienna.

Tonight, the Semi-Final of Ranina 2025 takes place, with six singers competing for their place in the Grand Final. After four rounds of performances, the singers with the highest point total progressed to the Semi-Final. Unlike the previous round, the points total across the previous shows will not matter, with the jury scores from tonight alone selecting the finalists.

They will be scored by a three-member jury, which consists of permanent judges and a guest judge. The permanent judges are Dato Evgenidze and Nato Metonidze and guest judge Buka Kartozia. The judges award up to 10 points for each criterion: voice, performance, art and collaboration.

The six singers competing for three places in the final are:
