Holden would like a word with you.
What a bad take
Cues Blade Runner Blues.
Wesley Snipes has always been the real Blade
It makes sense. Deckard is in a Shutter Island situation, like Rachel was.
“What about Holden? He’s good”
It’s already pointed out that there’s Holden.
And Gaff himself says “you’ve done a man’s job, sir” to Deckard in the end. Whether he was a real BR or not, he’d certainly been through hell as a real one would have.
What do you hear starbuck?
How do I reach these kids?
The sequel stays open about it, but Ridley Scott already said Deckard was a replicant, right?
And what is Olmos sayi here? Does he know something we don’t or wasn’t hinted in the movie that Holden too might be a replicant?
Wow, I could have sworn Olmos passed away a few years ago? Still alive good for him. Really having a Mandela Effect moment though.
As a kid I always thought his name was Edward James Almost. Like he was still working toward being the best Edward James he could possibly be. I hope he eventually got there
It’s so funny how surprised people get when an actor’s favorite character is the one they played. The lady who played the final girl in the original Friday the 13th always insists that the character was actually super deep.
Why didn’t he find and kill them then?
Deckard was a replicant.
There’s no way Edward James Olmos likes to be called “Eddie Jimmy.”
He didn’t olmos say it, he TOTALLY said it
i made it one sentence in before a newsletter sign up. cmon. seriously people.
The term is never used in the source material so are any of them blade runners?
I don’t buy the theory that Deckard was a replicant. It was put to rest by the actual writer and director. He was not.
Yeah but I run with scissors frequently- I’m the truest Blade Runner of all time, and IRL too. Take that Olmos.
His character seems to have perfected the ability to do pretty much nothing of any plot significance.
Blade Runner (A Movie) by William S. Burroughs was an adaptation of the 1974 novel The Bladerunner by Alan E. Nourse
Fracking Cylon! I fracking knew it.
Like saying he was the only true detective on Miami Vice
He’s was also the only ~~actual~~[*accused* pederast](https://www.nydailynews.com/1997/12/09/actor-olmos-accused-in-sex-attack/) (on the *BR* film set)
