Who in their right mind would think ‘this is fine. I’ll keep going’ in this case?!
The temptation to see if it tips is strong
Say the line Bart
Can I park here ?
It’s worrying that anyone would think that it’s OK to go along there just because the SatNav tells them to.
What else would they do if technology told them it was OK to do it?
I really hope this ends up on Trucking Hell because that looks like a challenge to recover.
Hold on lads… I’ve got a great idea…
Heās done well to avoid scratching the paint. Local council need to cut that hedge back on that road
what if I abbreviate it to CPTM?
*āMaybe it’s a shortcut, Dwight. It said go to the right.ā*
The machine knows where it is going!
Delivering the parcel with force
I donāt know what theyāre playing at, you can get a barge through there.
Selected ācyclingā route instead of driving.
That is a place in which you can not leave your vehicle at rest
You have to be an idiot and stupid to think that that would get along there.
Some people nowadays rely solely on the satnav and their own brain.
What a dickhead.
I worked for parcel force once and it tracks, they have the worst rating for crashing and shit like this.
Wouldnāt want to be the recovery driver who has to rescue that.
I remember seeing a news story about an American who did something similar, except he actually ended up driving into a lake. He was Manager at a paper company in Scranton, Pennsylvania.
Happens more often than not, this was me rescuing a company van after a guy ( a great guy, hard worker, never had a bad thing to say, and yes, he kept working for us after) followed the satnav at night in pouring rain in Bedfordshire, where the road was alongside a ford/river, and as you can guess, one wrong turn and 1/4 of a mile down over branches and stones this mighty Vito gave its last breath. Then thanks to an amazing guy with a Nissan Patrol modified we managed to drag this back to land with its brakes seized. Best ever day in my life as a manager.
Edit : it was a toyota, not a nissan
Lets just be honest… some people are just fuckn stupid
Being a delivery driver must suck; I’m guessing they all have 5 too many deliveries per day. Presumably they all start early and skip breaks so end up fried.
Not saying that this driver isn’t a plonker, but every time someone picks next day delivery or complains about the time taken for a delivery, it adds to the likelihood of stuff like this happening.
