3. Had to check my pay stub but I pay $288 and my employer pays $1090 biweekly for a family of 3 on the top insurance plan offered

4. Makes sense if you’re an oligarch. Design everything so only the wealthy can do anything while everyone else just works and pays bills.

5. What is the fucking point? I could fly to another country, take a 2 month long vacation, and get my medical stuff done while I’m there for less than $27,000.

6. Wait until game shows begin replacing exotic vacation prizes with one year worth of health insurance.

7. At some point medical insurance becomes so costly and ineffective that we have to have for the public a corps of government trained and certified medics to provide basic care and medicine. A medic corps, like the military has. They’re not paying these rates.

   Or maybe medical cooperatives like organizations and big companies in some countries have.

   If you need Humira, I’m sorry. But I got mouths to feed.

8. Most of the wage growth has been health insurance benefits.

   It would be hilarious if all American joined a religion where you cannot go to hospitals. 6 trillion industry gone and the life expectancy only goes down 3 years to what it was in 1980 lol.

   Seriously most the increase in life is like food management.

10. Healthcare is luxury like food, water, and air according to capitalists.

11. US spends about 18% of GDP (always growing, always faster than inflation) on healthcare. Meanwhile other countries spend about 10% AND have universal care.

    Uncontrolled growth that sucks up infinitely more resources is called cancer. Yet conservative would die on this hill to defend insurance corporations.
